August 22nd from 8-11pm, Cub Brennan will hold its first Beer and Crab Feast!

This is an adults only party and alcohol is allowed! This event is open to the public as well so invite your friends to spend an evening at the pool; relaxing, swimming and socializing is a great way to mark the end of summer!
 
We will have Crabs along with a Pig Roast w/all the trimmings! Dessert and fruit trays are also included. Just bring your own drinks…yes alcohol is allowed!  We just ask that no glass containers be brought to the pool [we don't want to chance broken bottles and cut feet on our kids the next day]. The cost is $35 per person and RSVP is a MUST! We will compile a guest list and only those on the list will be allowed.
 
Please RSVP by August 19th, via email, and make checks payable to Club Brennan. Any questions, just email! See you then!!
 
**Management reserves the right to end the festivities of any participant who becomes a discipline problem.**

 

Souther Living FUNDRAISER!

Fellow Bondholder, Mary Karakashian, has generously offered to run a fundraiser to help Club Brennan. She is a design consultant for Southern Living at Home and she will be running this fundraiser for 2 weeks. Mary had a display table set up at our Family Fun Day with loads of beautiful items. For those that missed the display, Mary has left catalogs at the check-in desk along with a sign about the fundraiser for members.  Anyone interested can contact Mary to place their orders. Once the orders come in, she will deliver them to you.  She is donating 15% of her commission from the sales made from the fundraiser.  Hopefully members will look over the catalogs and her website, to consider possibly contributing to this worthwhile fundraiser.
 
For every $25 spent, you receive 1 raffle ticket for the door prize (that beautiful red table on display) and 3 raffle tickets if you decide to book a party.

The Board purchased a new Little Tikes moon bounce which is age appropriate for the under 8 crowd. This will be available for party rentals for an additional charge of only $50 for the time frame of your party [not an hourly charge]. Although it is not currently on the party rental forms, it can be a ‘write in’ for now. Please let staff know if you are interested in renting the bouncer. See below for a picture……

The FUN Continues…..

Yesterday’s Family Fun Day was great! The weather held out, literally, until the festivities ended. Lots of smiles and lots of food! The FUN continues with our next planned activity: Beer and Crab Night!  The Board is still finalizing plans and will post details very soon.
