Club Brennan will undergo several upgrades and renovations during the spring, prior to opening this season. Most of the work will take place with our operating system, allowing it to run more effectively and smoothly, while the balance of the work will be on the bathhouses which will be gutted down to the studs and upgraded to commercial grade.  Yet another project will be the building of a small extension onto the pump room to store the pool’s cover during the seasons. Typically its stored in the pump room but this cuts into our ability to work effectively with the operating system. It is our hope to keep members up to date with construction by posting pictures of the work being done on our ‘Pictures Page’.  Should you have any questions feel free to email the board.

November 5th at 7pm we will have our yearly Bondholder meeting. It will be held at OBL school in the library.  We will discuss the need for a loan to cover the cost of repairs to the operating system and facility [both of which are over 8 yrs old], review of the budget and we will hold elections for the Board of Directors. RSVP that you will be attending by simply sending an email to CB.
